Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through noodyy.com. Please review the terms below before requesting a cancellation, return, or refund.

A. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests before the order has been shipped or produced. If your cancellation request is approved before shipment or production begins, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, produced, or handed over to the logistics carrier, we are unable to cancel the order. In that case, please follow the return process outlined below after receiving the product.

B. Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after you receive your order.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service Team first at support@noodyy.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

C. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and any included components where applicable.
  • A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address not provided by our Customer Service Team.

D. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product condition reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
  • Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products where applicable
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable where applicable

E. Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping, including return shipping where applicable. No restocking fees will be charged.

F. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or bank processing time.

G. Late or Missing Refunds

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.
