F. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@noodyy.com. Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to update the delivery address.
G. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details regarding returns and refunds.
H. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we recommend taking photos of the package and contents immediately and contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.
If a shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with carrier investigation procedures where applicable.
