We want you to shop with confidence at NOODYY. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days after delivery so we can review your request and provide assistance.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts.
- The item is not damaged, altered, stained, or missing pieces due to customer handling.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days after the delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@noodyy.com within 14 days after delivery.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The email address used when placing the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item
- Photos of the outer package and shipping label, if the package was damaged during delivery
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by product quality, shipping damage, missing parts, or our fulfillment error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution.
3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
If you wish to return an item for reasons not related to product quality, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the item must still be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
For returns that are not caused by product quality issues or our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect item sent by us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Used, assembled, altered, or damaged items
- Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable

5. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to request a return:

- Provide your order number, purchase email address, reason for return, and photos or videos if applicable.
- Wait for our customer support team to review your request.
- If your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email.
- Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.
- Send us the return tracking number after the package has been shipped.
Please do not send returns to the business address listed on our website unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The correct return address may vary depending on the product and return location.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once we confirm that the returned item meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment account, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
7. Exchanges & Replacements
If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we may arrange a replacement or exchange after reviewing the issue. In some cases, we may provide replacement parts instead of replacing the entire product.
Exchanges or replacements are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
8. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@noodyy.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled immediately. You may request a return after receiving the package, subject to this Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Shipping Costs
For confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items caused by product quality issues or our fulfillment error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.
For returns due to non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
