NOODYY offers worldwide shipping for our puzzles, DIY wooden kits, acrylic puzzle suncatchers, and related products. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Standard Shipping: Starting from USD $5.99 per order.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over USD $45.
Important: Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country or region, product type, package weight, and available shipping methods. The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.

We ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, delivery address, logistics service availability, and local shipping restrictions.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, it may mean that shipping is currently unavailable to that location. You may contact us at support@noodyy.com for further assistance.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping starts from USD $5.99. Orders over USD $45 may qualify for free shipping, subject to the shipping options shown at checkout.
Please note that shipping costs may differ for certain countries, regions, remote areas, oversized items, heavier products, or special product categories. The shipping fee shown on the checkout page is the final shipping cost applicable to your order.
If a promotional free shipping offer is available, it will be applied according to the terms shown on our website or checkout page.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales events, periods of high order volume, or when additional order verification is required.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment arrangements.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping method, customs clearance, local delivery service, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
In general, standard international shipping may take approximately 7 to 25 business days after the package has been shipped. Some destinations, remote areas, or customs-related situations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We appreciate your patience if shipping delays occur due to logistics or customs processing.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the package is handed over to the carrier. If tracking information is not updated immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.
You can usually track your order through the carrier’s official website or an international tracking platform such as 17TRACK.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. This includes the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, and phone number if required.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@noodyy.com. We will try our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. NOODYY is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, loss, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges depending on the destination country or region. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country or region. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
If you have questions about possible import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information and allow additional time for updates. International packages may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, carrier congestion, or local delivery conditions.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@noodyy.com with your order number and purchase email address so we can help review the situation.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. Please include your order number, purchase email address, photos of the damaged outer package, shipping label, and the affected item.
After reviewing the information provided, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
